    We tailor coaching to the individuals' business role and needs for the future. It can be run as part of the Management of Change process or as a programme of 6-9 individual sessions.

    Chameleon Works will listen to your requirements and then recommend a choice of coach and type of coaching to suit your needs. We offer whole programmes of coaching service and individual work.

    The first thing we'll do is agree with you the Aims, Style and Methods of the coaching. We will then:

    - Listen to your situation, clarifying your goals and developing a vision that motivates you.

    - Build a programme, tailored around your needs and lifestyle which will strengthen your ability to meet your goals and make decisions or changes that balance risk and innovation.

    - Implement regular coaching sessions (using various Tools and Techniques) to help you manage the changes or personal development plan.

    - Evaluate progress regularly.
