Kirsty Clode is Chair of WiME (Women in Science and Engineering), has a PhD and BSc in Chemistry and an advocate for developing people. The Manufacturing and Engineering sectors have a skills shortage and a lack of diversity – there is a real war for talent and she has used her own experience to help companies to attract more diverse candidates to their organisations.
